About our CEO
Representative Director & CEO Kaion Uehara
KAION UEHARA
Born in 2001. After graduating from UWC ISAK Japan, Kaion chose not to go to university and started his own business at 18, launching masquerade balls built around ballroom dancing. He founded KAION Inc. in April 2023 and went on to add bars, catering and event production for brands. Today he runs four venues in Karuizawa. In September 2025, KAION acquired RUSTIC WEDDING, which had produced garden weddings in Japan for 13 years, and the wedding company joined the group.
